List of the documents required :
1. Birth Certificate of the child issued by the appropriate authority for NUR/KG.
2. Aadhaar Card of the child.
3. Medical Fitness Certificate.
4. Countersigned TC/SLC from IInd onwards.
5. Photographs 2 passport size of the student and 1 photograph of both the parents.
6. Residence Proof. (Aadhar Card /Driving Licence / Passport).
7. Pan Card.
8. SC/ST/OBC Certificate if applicable.
